Kingdom Minded products are made to order. That means fulfillment begins after your order is placed, rather than pulling from a large pre-made inventory.
Because each item is produced for the customer who ordered it, please allow processing time before the package ships. Production timing can vary by item, order volume, and fulfillment partner capacity.
We work to keep the process clear and timely, and we will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Once your order is produced and the carrier receives the package, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If tracking has not updated immediately, please allow the carrier time to scan the shipment into its system.
If you entered the wrong shipping address or need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@kingdommindedlife.com.
We want you to love what you wear. Because items are made to order, please review your size, color, and shipping details carefully before checking out.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@kingdommindedlife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll replace it at no cost - no return shipping required.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
