Orders & Production.

Every Kingdom Minded Life piece is made to order. Nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse — your item is printed and finished specifically for you after you order, then quality-checked before it ships.

Most items are produced in 2–5 business days. Because each piece is made to order, your total time to receive an order is production time plus shipping time.

Reach out as soon as possible at support@kingdommindedlife.com. Once a made-to-order item enters production we may not be able to change or cancel it, but we will always do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery.

Orders are typically produced in 2–5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. delivery is usually 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. Full estimates are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Yes — U.S. orders over $120 ship free. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door. For help, contact support@kingdommindedlife.com.

Returns & Exchanges.

Because every piece is made to order, we accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Report any issue within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

Because items are custom made for you, we can’t accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns unless the item is flawed. Please check the Size Guide before ordering so you get the right fit the first time.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. See full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Sizing & Fit.

Each product page links to a size chart for that specific item type. You can also view the full Size Guide any time. Measurements are listed so you can compare against a garment you already own.

Most pieces run true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Always check the specific chart, since fit can vary slightly by garment type.

Payment & Checkout.

Checkout is handled securely through our store platform, which accepts major credit and debit cards and common digital wallets. Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely.

Yes. All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection through our store and payment provider. Kingdom Minded Life never stores your full card details.
